“If money is your hope for independence you will never have it. The only real security that a man will have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience, and ability.” — Henry Ford
The UN claimed that the Ukrainian special services illegally carry out mass detentions of people and apply tortures. The UN Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights reported about systematic tortures and cruel treatment of militias in secret jails of the Security Service of Ukraine. Beside that, he highlighted that cases of human rights violation in Ukraine became systematic. It should be noted that in the nearest future, monitoring mission of the international organization on human rights observance in Ukraine will release a report, where hundreds of cases of illegal mass arrests and cruel tortures are revealed. The report contains information on five secret jails of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Times reported. Before that, the Ukrainian security service barred subcommittee’s delegation of the UN on tortures prevention from visiting jails where people who
Thierry Mariani, Member of the French National Assembly explained in an interview to Izvestiya newspaper that “first of all, anti-Russian sanctions should be lifted, the second, sanctions should be imposed on Ukraine. As Kiev currently demonstrates its disregard, not implementing the Minsk agreements. And the main responsibility lies on the Ukrainian party”. Mariani also noted that resolution against anti-Russian sanctions, which will be considered in the Republic’s Senate on 8 June, is very likely to be adopted. According to him, it will provide the French government with a definite signal even in case it continues official policy. As he said, “step by step regional and national parliaments wonder why the anti-Russian sanctions should be maintained to their own detriment. And what is happening in different parts of Europe evidences disagreement with official policy of the EU”.

“Today we can see how many problems have cropped up in the world not only in the post-Soviet space after the collapse of the Soviet Union: geopolitical, military, strategic, civilizational, religious, social and many others,” Terzic said. “In Serbia, in the Balkans we are well familiar with that. When we were saying that the developments in the Balkans that followed the breakup of Yugoslavia were regrettably approaching you many did not believe us. Today it is very clear that the breakup of Yugoslavia was just the beginning of one large-scale project that is still in progress today. We are witnesses to a rerun of Drang nach Osten and its effects are hard to predict.”

“Firstly, I strongly condemn the publication of personal data of more than 2,000 journalists on the Peacekeeper website. Secondly, I have evidence that some of those journalists were working on materials containing negative comments and articles on Ukraine,” he told a news conference in Kiev. “Foreign journalists should not be under threat in Ukrainian territory. At the same time, if we are to talk about Russian journalists, some of them have committed crimes and it will be a subject matter of a separate investigation”.
“Strange things are happening in the United States…” According to specialized U.S. web resources, Pimenova, 30, was arrested in the State of Illinois on May 20. According to Astakhov, Olga took her daughter, a Russian national too, from the United States to Russia two year ago without any problems. “An Illinois court however has ruled the baby girl is to be brought back to the United States! We are categorically against and deem such demand as unlawful,” Astakhov emphasized. “The girl’s mother, a Russian citizen, has been arrested under a contrived pretext and is held as a hostage demanding she bring her daughter, a Russian citizen too, back to the United States,” he added.

Los Angeles County has one of the highest homeless populations, but the County Board of Supervisors has a bold plan to fight it: an income tax of half of a percent on personal incomes exceeding $1 million, which would generate an estimated $243 million.
In an effort to address the growing homeless problem plaguing Los Angeles County, the county government is seeking approval from both Governor Jerry Brown and the state legislature to levy a tax on its millionaires. Seventy-six percent of LA County residents are in favor of the tax, according to a Los Angeles County Homelessness Survey.
ISIS is a US-Israeli creation, a fact as clear as the sky is blue. It’s a truth as black and white as the colors on their flag. For many alternative news readers, this may be patently obvious, but this article is written for the large majority of people in the world who still have no idea who is really behind the rise
Desperate times, desperate measures?
Like a mythical sea monster, the true nature of a Wall Street-London centered global corporatocracy is often talked about but rarely seen. However, on rare occasions, a tentacle breaks the surface and affords the public an opportunity to examine and assess its true, gargantuan dimensions.
Just such a moment occurred when leaked diplomatic letters from the Colombian Embassy in Washington D.C. revealed just how far the United States government is willing to go on behalf of the corporate-financier interests that clearly shape the entirety of its foreign policy…
The outage started just after 3:30 p.m, and users took to Twitter to complain of the services, with many unable to access their music stored on the firm’s iTunes Music service.
However, several of the services appeared to be back in action by 6:15 – although app stores, iCloud and Apple TV still appeared to be having trouble, according to the firm’s own website.
We all have a massive glyphosate problem on our hands, even if you have eaten 100% organic food all your life. The pesticide chemical glyphosate, Monsanto’s gift to mankind, is totally out of control – not just in the US, but also in Europe, Australia and many other nations that use it. Glyphosate is almost constantly in the news, as study after study reveal just how widespread, toxic and carcinogenic it is. It’s the most used pesticide in the world. Meanwhile, the US, EU, UN and others all argue over how this lethal chemical killer should be classified and labeled – despite the fact it’s showing up in people’s urine, breast milk and blood (yes – even those avoiding GMOs), and despite the fact that it has been found to be, in the words of an MIT scientist, “the most destructive chemical in our environment.”…
Here we go again. Over ONE THIRD of refugees test positive for TB in Vermont.
Just think…these are the illegals that we KNOW of and have access to. What about those who sneak into the US and stay off the grid? It is quite possible that we are about to have a real outbreak of TB across the US thanks to OBAMA’s open borders.
WE must close the border and if it takes building a wall, then do it.
We taxpayers also end up paying for treatment of TB and other diseases like Chagas, Leishmaniasis, Zika, Polio, Leprosy, Dengue, Chikungunya and all sorts of viruses, bacteria and parasitic diseases.
A country that cannot control its borders cannot prosper or ensure the health of its population. It is not a country…
Britons could forfeit their right to live, work and do business across Europe in the event of a Brexit vote, Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy warns.
A UK withdrawal of the EU would forego free movement rights, which would be “negative for everyone and from every perspective,” he says.

Not one, but two police training academies have now been suspended for what appears to be teaching the use of excessive force — as the norm — captured on video. After an investigation by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE), the Lower Rio Grande Development Council (LRGVDC) Regional Police Academy and the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office Training Academy have been suspended until two further investigations are concluded. “During a defensive tactic training session, video was conducted for the purposes of cadet instruction and feedback,” the Lower Rio Grande Development Council told local station CBS 4 News in a statement. “Video feedback had not been previously utilized by LRGVDC Police Academy and after evaluating this practice and as a result of this incident, this method will not be used in the future.”
The official statement from the G7 group, of leading industrialized countries, publicly exposes the entire G7 group, by basing on provable and even blatant lies, the group’s support for continuation of Barack Obama’s anti-Russia sanctions.
In its statement at the conclusion of the meeting of the G7 countries on May 27th, the G7 nations — the U.S. (who dictate to the others), plus the six others (who always do what they’re told): Germany, Japan, Italy, France, Canada, and UK — said in their joint statement (which I shall accompany here by links to relevant sources, plus comments and questions from myself, for the purpose of clarification):
Angry voters last night turned on David Cameron during the first televised debate of the EU referendum campaign, forcing the Prime Minister to deny that he is “scaremongering”.
The Prime Minister faced a series of angry questions from voters about the tone of the Remain campaign after he claimed that there are no “big risks of staying” in the European Union.
Mr Cameron was accused of “hypocrisy”, “waffling” and doing “personal damage” to his reputation by claiming that a Brexit could spark World War III and a global recession.

Brazil’s currency system under the Real is heavily dollarised. Internal debt operations are conducive to a rising external debt. Wall Street is intent upon maintaining Brazil in a monetary straightjacket.
Since the government of Fernando Henrique Cardoso, Wall Street has exerted control over key economic appointments including the Ministry of Finance, the Bank of Brazil and the Central Bank. Under the governments of Fernando Henrique Cardoso and Luis Ignacio da Silva (Lula), the appointment of the governor of the Central Bank was approved by Wall Street.
While so far Russia’s only boots on the ground in Syria have been those protecting their own naval and air bases, Russia’s former Deputy FM Andrei Fyodorov has claimed that there have been discussions among the military leadership, and with President Vladimir Putin, about sending special forces.
A day after reports that US airstrikes in and around the Syrian city of Manbij had killed at least 15 civilians, Pentagon officials still aren’t confirming the incident, but are suddenly talking up Manbij as a big threat that needs attacking.
Secretary of Defense Ash Carter told reporters today that the US knows there is “external plotting from Manbij city,” and that ISIS is using it as a base to hatch plots against the US homeland, saying attacks on it are “essential and important.”
Carter offered no evidence for this claim. The US is backing the “Syrian Democratic Forces” in attacking the area on the ground. This force is overwhelmingly the Kurdish YPG, though the US insists that the specific troops attacking Manbij have an unusually high number of Arabs, an attempt to placate Turkey, who has warned against Kurdish expansion across the Euphrates.

After only a few months of allowing the migrants to live for free on their property, the couple was threatened with death. The refugees chased them from their farm, which has already been destroyed by the migrants.
Germany’s Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere has lifted the lid on the perverse logic of some migrants who commit crimes so they won’t be deported — because they know the court system will keep them in Europe.
In the latest display of migrant tension, a group of German vigilantes in Saxony scuffled with a mentally ill and seemingly violent immigrant in a store before dragging him out and tying him to a tree with cables, where he remained until police arrived.
The clip features four men who surround a man who looks like a migrant and then forcibly take him out of a supermarket, local media reported. When the police arrived, the activists explained that they had tied him to the tree to prevent him from running away, according to Saechsische Zeitung.

Four “refugees”, two of whom arrived in Europe via the Balkans last year amidst the migrant influx, have been caught plotting to conduct a massive Paris-style terror attack in Germany.
“German federal prosecutors confirmed that three migrants had been arrested and their homes searched: 25-year-old Mahood B., 27-year-old Hamza C. and 31-year-old Abd Arahman A.K. A further warrant was issued for a 25-year-old , Saleh A., currently under arrest in France,” reports the Local.
The four men planned to besiege the historic city center of Düsseldorf by launching a Paris-style massacre involving suicide bombs targeting Heinrich-Heine-Allee, “a broad street with a number of public transport links including U-Bahn and tram stations,” followed by machine gun attacks on citizens.

Amid the tumult over Brexit, an annual ritual is being played out which demolishes the notion that Angela Merkel’s Germany is a benign power working for the greater good of its partners in the European Union and the eurozone.
Berlin is demanding its pound of flesh from the government of Greece, which is beset by high debts, economic desolation, broken banks — and the flood of migrants that resulted from Merkel’s catastrophically mistaken open invitation to refugees from Syria.
June and July are when repayments on Greece’s loans are due, and when future repayment arrangements are negotiated.
And Germany, as Greece’s main creditor, is playing hardball — as it has every year for the past five years.

The justification for going to war in Iraq thirteen years ago, was based on a 93-page classified document that allegedly contained “specific information” on former Iraqi leader President Saddam Hussein and the weapons of mass destruction (WMD) programs he was apparently running. Now that document has been declassified and it reveals that there was virtually zero justification for the Iraq war.
For years, Heartland Regional Medical Center, a nonprofit hospital in the small city of St. Joseph, Mo., had quietly sued thousands of its low-income patients over their unpaid bills.
It appears that the president’s programming has broken down, as he was rendered unable to articulate the reasons that Donald Trump was such a dangerous candidate in the face of the “continued progress” that Hillary Clinton represents.
